Box Office Report – Transformers: Age of Extinction Won’t Go Away

Despite a drop of over 60% from the previous week’s box-office, Transformers: Age of Extinction managed to hold on to first place for the second week in a row pulling in over $36 million dollars. Coming in second place was the Melissa McCarthy vehicle Tammy, which earned an estimate $21 million dollars in it’s second week of release. Coming in third with an anemic $9.5 million dollar debut was the horror film, Deliver Us From Evil. 22 Jump Street continues it’s impressive run with $9.4 million staying one step ahead of How to Train Your Dragon 2 with $8.8 million dollars.
