Michael Bay is having a great year. His latest film, Transformer: Age of Extinction, was one of the highest grossing films of the year and he produced the revamped Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which has already crossed the $100 million dollar mark. Do you want to know what the secret to his success is? No, not hard work, dedication, or an artistic eye…. it’s explosions. Bay has figured out long ago that if you make it go BOOM, people will go watch it.

Five Ways Batman Can Beat Superman (Without Kryptonite)

One of the biggest throw-downs in movie history is coming in two years in the form of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Comic fans have endlessly debated who would win in this contest. Typically the argument centers around Batman’s intellect and preparation versus Superman’s pure strength and array of unfair super powers.
