The Epic Comicast podcast is back this week and ready to take you through the week’s biggest news stories and down memory lane. There were some significant news stories and rumors to sift through including the revolving casting chair for Rick Flagg in Suicide Squad, Ben Affleck’s Batman, a new actress was cast to portray Supergirl, and the team even touches on Hal Jordon versus John Stewart for the Green Lantern ring in the Justice League.

One of the most awesome aspects of the Epic Comicast podcast is when they get a chance to touch on geek nostalgia from the past. In the 1990’s there was a flood of anime based television shows, one of the bigger shows of the decade was Sailor Moon. Like many geek properties from the time, this one has continued to live on in comics and on Comic Con convention floors. Get ready for another awesome episode!
