It’s time grab your headphones and pump up your speakers, because the Epic Comicast podcast is back with another episode! 

This week the dynamic duo take a look at the newly revealed image of the Red Tornado, who will make his live-action appearance in the upcoming Supergirl series. They also take a look at the recently released teaser trailer for Marvel’s new show, Jessica Jones, and point out some things that may have flown under your radar. They also read some listener emails and give their Netflix picks!

There has been a lot of Spider-Man talk in recent months, due to his new-found status as a card carrying member of the MCU. There have been countless iterations of the wall-crawler in comics, video games, film, and animation throughout the character’s long history. One of the most definitive versions of the hero was in Spider-Man: The Animated Series which ran from 1994-1998. The show followed Peter Parker in his college years and faithfully adapted most of the character’s most epic adventures and villains from the comics, for the show.

This week Epic Comicast takes a look back at the classic series and gives their thoughts on its contribution to the legend of Spider-Man. Enjoy!
