The Force is strong with this one… Welcome back for another huge episode of the Epic Comicast podcast.

We are inching closer to the March release of Power Rangers and with each new promotional reveal for the big-screen remake, the ECC team sinks a little bit lower in their seats. This week we got our first look at the Power Rangers’ adversary Goldar, who’s redesign for the reboot leaves a lot to be desired for the Karina and TC. 

There was also a lot of movement behind the doors of Warner Bros’ DC Films this past week. A new photo was released for the Justice League featuring Batman, Wonder Woman, and the Flash, as the promotional campaign prepares to kick into gear for next year’s release. While we also got the surprising news that David Ayer is directing Gotham City Sirens, starring Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and joined by Poison Ivy and Catwoman. TC and Karina give their thoughts on the new project and their dwindling confidence in the DCEU.

Lucasfilm is in their second year of dominating the December box-office, following last year’s mega-success Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This year they released their first spin-off, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, to much acclaim as well. Epic Comicast takes long look at the new adventure, while breaking down their most memorable scenes and moments from the newest chapter in the Star Wars legacy. Enjoy!
