Four years ago Dreamworks sucker punched audiences with a modern classic that no one was expecting. How To Train Your Dragon was a clever reworking of the “boy and his dog” story with some surprisingly adult themes and shocking moments. The latest installment looks to have retained the spirit and humor of the first, while building on the epic scale of the action. How To Train Your Dragon 2 looks to explore the world of dragons only mildly touched upon in the first movie. The first film really was one of the better 3D experiences available at the time, due to the filmmakers ability to make the viewer feel like they are riding on a dragon. The stars of the film, Hiccup and Toothless, look to be more experienced leading to much more dynamic scenes of flight this time around. Take a look for yourself!

 

 

How To Train Your Dragon 2 will be released June 13, 2014. It stars Jay Baruchel, Kristen Wiig, Gerard Butler, America Ferrera and Jonah Hill.
