The release of a Star Wars film is always a seminal moment in pop culture. Since the first teaser for Star Wars: The Phantom Menace hit the internet in the late 1990’s, even the release of the trailer has become a cause for anticipation and anxiety in diehard fans of the force. Well Christmas has come right around Thanksgiving and we can’t be happier to share this moment in Star Wars history with you!

Thanks to a twitter message from director J.J. Abrams earlier in the week, we know that the trailer will be a short tease at 88 seconds. But that is 88 seconds more Star Wars than we had a few minutes ago, so who’s complaining?
