Vin Diesel is the master of Facebook marketing and he has recently been up to his shenanigans again. This fall we explained in detail how Diesel’s connection to the Marvel family is larger than him saying, “I Am Groot,” for the next ten years. The Inhumans are a recently announced film, whose story is already reaching out over all areas of the Marvel cinematic universe. It is largely believed that Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch’s powers will be connected to them being Inhuman in The Avengers: Age of Ultron. While it was finally revealed that Skye is an Inhuman and that there is an entire civilization hidden away on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

It has also been widely speculated that Vin Diesel already has the role of Black Bolt, king of the Inhumans, locked up. (Read more about it here.) Clearly Diesel and Marvel want to get fan’s imagination running as he continues to show his connection to the upcoming property. Yesterday Diesel released this image of himself on Facebook, as the viral campaign continues during the build-up to the actual announcement of his participation.

There is a little more than three years until the release of the film, however due to the connected nature of the Marvel universe, a lot of the pieces have to be in place early. It seems that we should be getting more solid info on the director and other official cast announcements about the Inhumans film within the next few months or so.

Inhumans is scheduled to be in theaters on November 2nd, 2018.
