The internet has changed modern society by making information instantly accessible over vast distances and by making it possible to connect with people all over the world. It has led to advancements in healthcare, science, education, and so much more. However, the hands-down greatest thing to result from the information superhighway…is the creation of memes.

Meme (noun) – an internet information generator, especially of random or contentless information

Epic Comicast is taking their audio podcast into a whole new dimension with Meme’d. The duo takes one of the most fun parts of geek culture and turns it into a full show. Every episode TC and Karina discuss the funniest and most relevant memes of the week, while blending in current news from the world of entertainment. Each episode culminates in the “Memed Melee,” where two contestants from the world of entertainment, named Zordons, debate over which is the best meme of the week. 

In their debut episode, they invited Joe Deckelmeier from and myself representing the PoG, as we battle over the meme of the week.
