With Season 2 of Star Wars Rebels just around the corner (June 20th), the folks at StarWars.com have put together an episode-length recap of Season 1 narrated by none other than Kanan Jarrus (Freddie Prinze, Jr.).

The video is a great introduction for those of you who missed the brilliant series when it aired earlier this year, or for those Star Wars nerds who are eager to gobble up new content from the galaxy far, far away. Get caught up on all the heroes, villains, and some of the best moments from Season 1 (Frank Oz as Yoda!) all in an 20-minute video.

Season 1 of Rebels impressed with its near-perfect imitation of the original trilogy’s tone, its sense of both adventure and, well, FUN. All of the which the prequel films universally lacked. Not to mention, the series introduced some truly memorable new characters to the Star Wars universe and expanded on the story of one particularly popular Star Wars Clone Wars character, Ahsoka Tano, that many of us thought we would never see again. 

Season 2 begins next month, everybody! It’s hard to describe just how bone-chilling/heart-pumping/straight-up-crazy it will be to have James Earl Jones back as Darth Vader, but seriously CANONICAL DARTH VADER IS HAPPENING NEXT MONTH, YOU GUYS.
