Did the full official trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens leave you cursing the gods for only letting you see two mere minutes of the new movie? Do you wish that you could hear just a few more lines of dialogue? Have you missed Chewbacca’s roar? Where were the fan favorites like C3PO? Are you simply wishing that you could see just a few more seconds of new footage? Well, ya came to the right place…
Lucasfilm has already definitively stated that the full trailer that we got weeks ago, would be the final one before the movie’s premiere. However, that doesn’t mean that there won’t be TV spots and clips airing because…you know…they have to promote the movie. There is also the international trailer, which Lucasfilm neglected to mention, that often varies from domestic trailers slightly, in an effort to cater to different cultures and sensibilities. Lucky for us, The Force Awakens is opening all over the world.
This morning Lucasfilm released the international trailer for their upcoming movie and it offers even more for us to look at and speculate about. It’s clear that this trailer is also presented through Rey’s (Daisy Ridley) perspective. We also see that she does encounter Kylo Ren and is in some serious trouble. Even more noticeable is how almost every shot looks like a painting or an imagination brought to life. This might not make the wait until December 18th come any faster, but it sure gives us even more to look forward to. Enjoy the trailer!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens on December 18th, 2015.
