Disney has been on a roll producing family-friendly blockbusters as of late. The blockbuster hits Frozen and Maleficent, have shown that the Mouse House has its finger on the pulse of what people are expecting at the movies. Heck, they even turned one of their rides into a movie and scored a multi-billion dollar franchise in the Pirates of the Caribbean. Well Disney is looking inward again and are making a film based off of Tomorrowland, the futuristic section of Disneyland.

Brad Bird (The Incredibles, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol) is directing and he has managed to wrangle in George Clooney (Gravity) to star in this fantasy tale. This film has been shrouded in an unbelievable amount of secrecy. The story features Frank (George Clooney) and a young girl named Casey, played by Britt Robertson, who must journey through this science fiction land of wonder and danger. The twist is that their actions within Tomorrowland, have an affect on the real world. The cast is solid, featuring actors such as, Hugh Laurie and Keegan-Michael Key. Coming from a creative mind like Bird, expect a world of color and old-school awe. Enjoy the trailer:
